If not, let me give you "CliffsNotes" version: A man named Vilfredo Pareto, an Italian economist who worked in the early 1900s, discovered that 80% of the wealth in Italy was controlled by just 20% of the population. He went on to call this ratio of 80 to 20 that of the "vital few" and the "trivial many."
